We are seeking an Investor Relations & Product Specialist, to integrate our newly created Client Solutions team in Luxembourg, having a flair for developing and cultivating deep-rooted investor relationships, with an entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and demonstrable interest in private markets energy infrastructure. As a member of EIP’s Client Solutions team, you will work at the interface to our investors. More broadly, you will support the team in its main functions: Marketing and Distribution, Investor Relations and Business Development, all of which support our mission to grow assets under management and expand globally. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing and Business Development
- Participating in the strategy definition for the distribution/marketing of any new fund/co-investment projects;
- Obtaining the different licenses required to (pre-)market/private place the funds in the relevant countries based on the marketing strategy;
- Being in charge of the relationship with and reporting to the different authorities;
- Assuring all marketing documents are compliant with the AIFMD and any other countries rules and regulations;
- Mapping and defining investor eligibility and relevant fund structures serving the fundraising;
- Monitoring & coordination of the activities of our distribution partners & placement agents;
- Supporting the Head of Client Solutions in Luxembourg in any fundraising and business development related activities.
Investor Relations
- Being in charge of/overseeing investors onboarding from A to Z;
- Managing the relationship with the central administrators;
- Assuring the oversight of the data room and investor portal;
- Ensuring investors relationship and communication during funds lifecycle targeting top-notch services including participating in update meetings/calls with investors representing EIP as a product specialist;
- Managing events organization (e.g. roadshows, DD visits, conferences, virtual meetings);
- Assisting, as the case may be, in the completion/review/enhancement of any RFP, DDQ, ODDQ, marketing documents, etc.;
- Taking part in any projects related to the department functions (Mailing system, CRM enhancements, etc.)
